Pre-setup for iphone: Make sure you have sync your phone recently. Check the version of OS on your phone 4.0 or better is needed. Change settings to allow cookies and enable/allow Java Scripting.

Pay Bills – Must be a BillPay customer and your billing accounts must be setup prior to using the bill pay feature on your iphone.
Locate ValueBank ATMs and Banking Centers using the GPS system provided by your iphone. (This is limited to locating our banking centers and ATMs). Please refer to your carrier for any fees that may apply.
SMS TEXT BANKING
SMS Text Banking allows registered users to receive balance and transaction information via text messaging.
Features: When the customer sends a text/SMS message requesting information, we send a reply text with the requested information within seconds.
How To Access
- To enroll, simply text “enroll vbt” to 39257 from your mobile device.
- We’ll call you within one business day to verify information and then activate the service.
- Then, text any of the commands below to the same number as needed (no login credentials are necessary).
Note: COMMANDS ARE NOT CASE SENSITIVE
BAL Available balance for all enrolled accounts
BAL + Acct Nickname Available balance for the specified account
HIST Five most recent transactions for all enrolled accounts
HIST + Acct Nickname Five most recent transactions for the specified account
HELP A list of text commands, (BAL, HIST, SUSPEND)
SUSPEND SMS service for the enrolled user will be suspended
