If
you are an Internet Banking
customer:
• Log into Internet Banking
• Click on to Services
• On the drop down box
click on Bank Mail
• Click New to
email the bank
• Bank Mail is a secure
email system that allows you to
email
securely and directly to the
bank.
• In your email:
Provide your name, account number,
email
address and create a numeric 4
digit password
• Once you have completed the
email and provided the information
press Mail
• You will be notified via
email that your request for an
e-mail
statement has been processed
