Job Description

Performs accounting, clerical, and administrative duties for the Chief Financial Officer. Function as backup for Accounts Payable, Fixed Asset and Payroll functions. 

 

  • Prepare month and closing cycle, including accruals and allocations
  • Prepare monthly reconcilements of general ledger accounts
  • Gather and analyze financial data and assist with budgeting process
  • Prepare and distribute financial packets
  • Maintain variance reporting on income and expense accounts
  • Prepare quarterly Call Report
  • Backup Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets and Payroll functions
  • Assist with gathering of information needed for audits and examinations

    • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
    Degree or experience in accounting

    Strong working knowledge of general ledger, accounts payable and banking accounts

    High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

    Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and use basic problem solving skills

    Ability to prioritize projects and multi-task
