Job Description

Strong management and organization skills
Minimum of five years experience in loan documentation preparation and execution in a banking environnment.
Broad knowledge of current Federal and State Banking Regulatory guidelines and policies.
Proficiency in Word and Excel
Oversight of all credit policies and procedures
Possess great interpersonal skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and use independent judgement with minimal supervision
