Job Description

Skilled in evaluating, building, installing, testing, maintaining and supporting PCs and laptops, peripherals, operating systems and applications.

  • Installs and supports desktop and networked printers.
  • Provides technical assistance and training to end-users.
  • Responds to problem/service requests submitted on help desk system.
  • Carries out department and branch moves.
  • Assists with small and large-scale PC-related projects.

 

Qualifications

A minimum of 1 year of PC hardware/software support experience. 

  • In-depth knowledge of computer hardware and software technologies. 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems and desktop applications. 
  • Familiarity with enterprise helpdesk software packages.
  • Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills required.
  • Ability to multi-task and must be results-oriented.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lift PCs and monitors. . 
  • Ability to travel to each branch location.  Requires personal vehicle and proof of insurance.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required. 
  • College degree or currently working on degree a plus.
