ABOUT THE COMMUNITY
The southside of Corpus Christi is very much directed towards local families, and we at ValueBank Texas hope our local branch does well in exemplifying that spirit of home and connectedness, whether we are meeting our customers at the door, or making ourselves available for conversation. Our community is largely residential, supported by local businesses that have been satisfying their customers for years. While part of the larger city, Southside Corpus Christi hasn’t lost its neighborly feel–residents never have to travel far to get what they need, and we all know the shops on every corner. The community has grown considerably over the years and continues to look to the future. We’re so excited to be part of that journey! We can’t wait to see where the road leads next.

Foster Angels of South Texas
The Foster Angels of South Texas Foundation’s mission is to improve the lives of children in foster care, ensuring that each child has his or her basic needs met, and to provide life-enriching and life-enhancing experiences whenever possible. The Southside branch along with their customers provided gifts, clothes, and gift cards to more than 15 children that were enrolled in the Foster Care Program during December.
