Daily duties as assigned include answer and direct efficiently all incoming customer service calls in a professional and friendly manner. Large dollar item review, telephone switchboard, order supplies, review of obituaries on core systems, account analysis input, savings bond redemption, assigned daily duty checklist on CD Renewals, Savings Bonds, New & Closed Deposits Emails, Statements, Bill pay, Online Banking, Large Items, Deposit Items, Corrections, CD Mailing Notices, Accounts Analysis, Safety Deposit Boxes (Not Daily), Reconcilement Check-off List, Social Security, VOD. Assist supervisor with other tasks assigned that would not interfere with main job functions.
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- 1-3 years banking operations, customer service, or accounting experience in the financial services or banking industry with exposure to wire transfer processing year experience required with processes incoming and outgoing wire transfers a must
