Responsible for developing business, sales, and revenue growth for the bank; maintaining profitable account relationships; provide financial services and products to help the bank succeed and expand current clients.
Prefer Bachelor’s in Business Administration
Professional or Commercial banking experience
3-5 years of proven consultative outside sales experience in financial services, business to business sales or small business banking
Proven track record of prospecting new business, enhancing existing relationships and meeting or exceeding sales goals
Ability to understand and interpret financial statements and cash flow analysis
Capable of organizing, facilitating, leading and negotiating with team of bank associates to solve client issues.
