BASIC FUNCTION

Assist customers over the phone and in person while performing various other duties, and maintaining open communication with co-workers, supervisors, and management, while providing professional and courteous service.

Job Duties – (Servicing Specialist)

  • Take customers phone calls
  • Answer officer and branch employee questions (phone & email) regarding payment inquiries, loan questions, and other loan related information
  • Greet and assist all internal and external customers
  • Assist dealers at the window
  • Copy and scan titles, contracts and updated lists
  • Pull NADA values
  • Process: Participation, Lease and BOA Payments
  • Distribute mail throughout the department
  • Process and gatekeeper of loan files within department
  • Keep detailed inventory of open and active loans
  • Keep the loan files organized and neat
  • Facilitate logging system to track when loan files leave the credit department
  • Knowledge of Imaging system
  • Enter data daily on loans
  • Research loan files
  • Refile documents into loan files
  • Refile loan files into filing cabinets as needed
  • Assist bank examiners by pulling loan files and documents
  • Process all Paid Outs
  • Assist customers/loan officers with interest paid in writing and over the phone
  • Order Coupon books weekly

Skills/Qualifications:

Loan Documentation Experience, Knowledgeable with UCC Lending, analytical and general math Skills, Objectivity, Excellent Communication, Organization, Time Management, and Financial Skills

2 years previous experience preferred
