- Type in User ID and hit enter
- Answer the Security Question
- Scroll to bottom of screen
- Click on “Forgot Your Password”
- Answer the security questions
You will receive a message stating, “Your password reset is being processed and a communication will be distributed to the email we have on file for you. The temporary password will only be valid for 20 minutes.” Once you log in with the temporary password you will be instructed to enter a new password and reset your security questions.
