Important Dates and Information

  • Conversion Dates
    Friday, September 21st at 5:00 p.m. – Monday, September 24th
  • Branches Open
    All branches will remain open Saturday, September 22nd from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
  • Debit Card & ATMs
    Your debit card purchases and ATM cash withdrawals will work as normal and will not be interrupted.
  • Online Banking
    Online banking will be limited to account balance inquiries only.
  • Mobile Banking App
    Mobile Banking App services will be limited to account balance inquiries and mobile check deposits only.
  • Transfers & BillPay
    Transfers and billpay services WILL NOT be available through online and mobile banking during the conversion process.
  • Online Banking New Password Required 
    Monday, September 24th: Enter your current User ID in lowercase only. You current password will no longer be valid; follow directions to establish a new password
  • New Mobile App
    Download new Mobile App through your App store; current Mobile App will no longer work after September 24th

ValueBank Texas is excited to offer the next generation of online banking, billpay, and mobile banking products and services. On September 24, 2018 we will convert our online banking, billpay, and mobile banking platform. These enhanced products will give you the ability to manage your finances easier, faster, and safer.

In the next few weeks we will let you know what you can expect during the conversion time and show you what the enhanced products will do for you. Please keep an eye out for additional emails from us!

To ensure you receive detailed information on the upcoming changes, please verify that your contact information is up to date by doing one of the following:

  • Call Customer Service at (361) 888-4451 option 3
  • Provide updates to a staff member at your local branch
  • Email a secure message through online banking
