The Personal Banker I will be crossed trained for both Customer Service Representative and Teller duties. This position will participate in the daily operations of the branch; including but not limited to, assisting customers with account management and other financial services needs and providing timely
and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and thorough handling of all monies assigned. This position will proactively participate in the sales/quality referral process of the branch as directed by management.

BASIC FUNCTION
Perform all facets of Commercial lending including making outside sales calls through the use of new business development tools, to achieve portfolio loan and deposit goals. Develop and manage loan accounts which meet established lending requirements and provide maximum profitability to the bank with minimum risk. Carry out public relations and participate in local events and organizations to represent the bank and develop new business contacts.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for having knowledge of bank services and cross selling products based on the customer’s financial needs.
Responsible for establishing customer relationships to assure the ongoing growth of loans and deposits.
Assist in closing loans.
Interview loan applicants, collect and analyze financial and related data to determine the general credit worthiness of the prospect and the merits of the specific loan request.
Establish and negotiate where necessary the terms under which the credit will be extended, including the costs, repayment method and schedule and collateral requirements.
Collect and analyze information that reflects the creditworthiness of current customers and the current merits of existing loans. Information may be obtained by direct inspection of the applicant’s business and/or collateral, review of interim financial reports and personal interview.
Monitor loan repayment activities and take necessary action to collect from past due accounts.
Develop material for, and make loan presentations to the Senior Loan Committee where required.
Check loan documentation and computations of loan support documentation.
Monitor credit and collateral exceptions.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Two years experience in commercial lending, credit risk assessment or proven ability to acquire and manage deposit and lending relationships
Knowledge of commercial lending underwriting, credit risk assessment and regulatory requirements
Proven ability to build lasting client relationships and contribute to growing the organization
Good analytical, communication and negotiations skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Three years experience in acquiring new deposit and lending relationships in the local market
Screen and structure loan requests that meet the bank’s underwriting criteria
Prepare detailed loan presentations covering cash flow, collateral, debt service and borrower creditworthiness and character
Complete knowledge of deposit products with emphasis on Treasury products for commercial customers

BASIC FUNCTION
Responsible for the upkeep of the bank’s facilities and their surroundings, as outlined by the Facilities Manager, making sure that all branches are ready for bank business and all areas of the bank are functioning properly.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties performed each day may include such work as:
· Replacing lights fixtures, switches and receptacles, door locks and closures, plumbing, general appliance maintenance and replacing A/C filters.
· Troubleshooting and repairing lane equipment
· Repair equipment and/or furniture as needed
· Perform Quarterlies on buildings and equipment
· Relocation of office furniture, cubicles/workstation set-up or breakdown.
· Tap, float and paint interior walls
· Painting exterior buildings and signage
· Parking lot – patching potholes and cracks and sealing
· Parking lot striping
· Repair leaks in faucets and toilets
· Hang artwork, whiteboards, and monitors.
· Assemble shelving and related equipment.
· Maintaining thermostats and air volume as needed or requested.
· Running miscellaneous errands when needed.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
· Completion of High School education or GED is desired
· Must have at least 3 years of maintenance experience
· Plumbing, drywall, electrical, sprinkler, appliance and general maintenance knowledge is desired;

Physical Requirement and Working Conditions: This work will be both inside and outside an office environment.
