Please review the important dates and what to expect with the changes. Over the next few weeks, you will receive emails or letters with more details about the changes. Our team has been diligently working to prepare for this upgrade and we are excited to offer you our new and improved Banking Experience!
October 27 Last Day to access our Current Bill Pay.
November 2 Debit Cards will be affected starting at 2:30 a.m.
November 2 ATM machines off line starting at 8:00 a.m.
November 2 Online Banking and Mobile Banking will be unavailable after 5:00 p.m.
November 3 Previously scheduled Bill Payments will resume processing
November 7 Debit Cards will be available at 10:30 p.m.
November 7 New Online Banking and Bill Pay available. Our new Mobile App is ready.
Online Banking services will be temporarily Unavailable from 5:00 p.m. Thursday, November 2 through 1:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 7th. You can log into the new Online Banking site using your current user name and a temporary password. The temporary password is the current user name plus the last four digits of your social security or Tax ID. Once you log in, you can create a new password and set up your security questions.
All accounts will receive a final statement dated November 2nd. After November 2nd, if you receive your statements via email you will receive an email notification that your statement is available for viewing and to download in Online Banking. All personal accounts, except Rewards Checking, will transition to a statement date of the 15th of the month. Rewards Checking account statements will have a statement date of the end of the month, along with Value Money Market, Value Savings and Business Accounts.
All payments schedule to be paid during the upgrade period will continue to process. If you have any bills to be paid between October 27 and November 7, please set them up for payment prior to October 27. The new system will resume processing previously scheduled payments on November 3. All vendor and payment information will convert, but you will need to set up dates for future recurring payments again the new Bill Pay system on November 7th, when our new and improved Bill Pay becomes available.
Our ValueBank Texas ATM machines will be Out of Service starting at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 2nd and will remain Unavailable through the weekend. Deposits at the ATM will not be available after 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 1st. We will work actively to restore functionality to our ATMs as quickly as possible.
Our ValueBank Texas Debit Card will be Unavailable from 2:00 a.m. Thursday, November 2 thru 10:30 p.m. Saturday, November 4th.
